1. Goods supplied by Baltic Project Group SIA shall be subject to the manufacturer's quality guarantee within the scope and time limit given by the manufacturer of the goods. The expiry of the warranty period is calculated from the date of delivery of the goods to the Customer.

2. The warranty is valid only on condition that the Customer has fulfilled all its payment obligations with Baltic Project Group SIA.

3. Any defect(s) in the Goods after they have been handed over to the Customer, in particular where the defect(s) could not have been unnoticed at the time of handing over to the Customer, shall not be replaced and Baltic Project Group SIA shall not refund the value thereof.

4. Each of the Goods is subject to the warranty terms and conditions set out by its manufacturer (which can be found on the websites of the manufacturers of the Goods or upon separate request).

5. The customer must make himself/herself properly and in good time acquainted with the manufacturer's warranty conditions - before placing an order. By placing an Order, the Customer accepts the terms of the manufacturer's warranty.

6. Baltic Project Group SIA is not responsible for the performance of the manufacturer's warranty terms. The warranty shall only be valid if the warranty terms of the goods have been complied with, in particular with regard to the use and installation of the goods.
