The Madaras townhouse project is located near Riga, in the community of Mārupe.

 

To find Madaras, drive up Kantora iela past Mārupe school, right near the Riga city limits. From here it’s easy to get onto the Jūrmala highway, and the Spice shopping centre is a five-minute drive away. Currently the site is just a meadow, but soon the area will become a classic private residential suburb. We expect an overall improvement in the quality of the environment.

 

The Madaras block is a long belt affording excellent opportunities to create a new street lined by buildings. Construction of a new access road is also planned.

 

There are plans to fence off and provide security for the territory.
